"The 2019 Chiroubles Aux Craz derives from a quite different spot: higher in altitude, south-facing as opposed to east-facing and richer in rock rather than sand. It's the most mineral, ethereal wine in the range, bursting with aromas of peonies, blood orange, rose and strawberry. Medium-bodied, satiny and precise, with lively acids, melting tannins and a saline finish, it's showing beautifully."
