"This village-level wine is from vines owned by Louis Ng around the château, which he purchased in 2012. This has come a long way since the first vintage in 2013, with a pronounced cherry fruit on the nose, shaded with mineral and earth, then a texture on the palate that grows denser with every vintage."

"Fine fresh mid purple, vibrant sweet raspberry fruit, superbly balanced, with a freshness to match the ripeness, fine light acidity. I suspect the Rousseau team have got these vineyards into the shape that suits them by now."
