“The 2015 Schwarz Zweigelt has a deep, enchanting nose of Spring violets, black raspberries, plum skins, and hints of potpourri. The palate is lush, elegant, and seamless, and opens with concentrated blueberry, black cherry, wildflowers, and spice cake. The finish is smooth and pure with a bracing acidity, light toast, and lingering spice.”
