Our Whisky is first aged for over 6 years in New, Charred White Oak Barrels, before finishing for 4 months in a freshly emptied Sherry Barrel. The flavors embedded deeply into this Sherry Barrel marry with our Bourbon to achieve “Heaven in a Bottle”"

"An inviting nose with subtle notes of candied green apple and salted caramel leading into chopped hazelnut and slivered almond. A sharp and lightly smoky attack is then slathered with warm caramel and baked stone fruit extending into a nutty finish"
