"Our vineyards are situated in a prime area of the appellation, adjacent to the renowned St. Émilion district of Bordeaux. This well balanced cuvée exhibits the characteristics of the region. It is medium bodied, round and supple, with delightful flavors of black fruit, dark cherries, and cassis. On the mid-palate, subtle notes of chalk, coffee and cedar add depth. The finish is long and graceful. It is a fantastic value red wine that pairs beautifully with charcuterie as well as a variety of meat and pasta dishes."
