"The Sage, named after Sage Davis, Cooper and Skyelar's son. Guy Davis created this blend as a regular Wine in our collection the year Sage was born and it's a blend that Guy has loved and mastered over his time as a Winemaker.  With Cabernet Sauvignon and our estate Soul Patch Syrah, this is a combo only done occasionally in the Wine World, like Penfold's "Grange Hermitage", Australia's grandest Wine and Domaine Trevallion in Provence, the same spot where Guy fell in love with this great blend.  Highly polished and perfect every Vintage, with the richness and familiar notes from Cabernet and the exotic, alluring layers from Syrah, together they make a silky, rich texture while still flaunting a pretty side."
