"This Tequila presents a bright hue, commencing with a smooth texture that envelops the tongue. Rich, sweet aromas of cooked agave waft to the nose, transitioning from citrus to earthy. This flavor and aroma is a product of the fermentation process at Cascahuin, attaining its distinctive characteristics from the use of bagasse. The taste boasts notes of spices, dates, figs, orange blossoms, flowers, and copper-hued hints from the still. As the drink settles, it leaves a dry finish with jasmine and lime peel nuances. The empty glass retains the inviting odors of cooked agave and butter."
