"The No. 10 Still Strength is bottled at a full proof of 54% abv. On the nose you'll find cooked agave, lime, black pepper, grassiness, and a hint of minerality. The palate is big and bold, with more black pepper, citrus oils, green olive, anise, jalapeno, and a lovely saltiness. As is expected for such a high proof Tequila, the finish goes on and on and on, balancing the earthiness and minerality with a hint of sweetness.."
