"Produced using estate grown and hand-harvested artichoke leaves from the Vicario family-owned farm in Cortona Italy; aged and finished in South Carolina. No caramelized sugar nor color additives. Artichoke leaves bring a floral, and grassy flavor that dissipates into a persuasive bitterness; bright and vibrantly herbaceous with undertones of spearmint, genepy, and cinnamon."
