"Le Pendu du Raisin by Cascina degli Ulivi is the first sparkling wine produced by the great artisan Stefano Bellotti. In short, a wine obtained from the ancestral method which represents the last oenological testimony left by Stefano and which is striking for its fresh, lively and flowing profile, characterized by a bouquet of fragrant fruits, floral notes and rustic accents."
