"This wine is fresh, zesty, with aromas of green papaya, kiwi, lime zest, and lemongrass on the nose. The flavors on the palate are green apple, keffir lime, honeydew melon, layered with sedimentary rock, lemon cream and a crisp, dry finish. Pair with Fried Oysters."

"This Sauvignon Blanc expresses bright, crisp citrus and tropical fruit.  It is seriously delicious.  The wine was fermented in a stainless steel tank and bottled within three months of harvest."
