"This wine is fresh, zesty, with aromas of orange, cranberry, mulberries, red plums, mulled spices, allspice, clove on the nose. The palate is confiture blackberry, strawberry-rhubarb, red currant, dried potpourri, blood orange zest, cardamom intertwined with silky tannins and a dry finish. Pair with braised short ribs."
