"The product of a rare white mutation from ancient vines grown in a forest, the 2022 País Salvaje Blanco is among the more interesting and unique wines in the Bouchon roster. An impressively transparent, vibrant nose of white cherries and dried leaves leads to a straightforward and waxy palate with remarkable purity, closing with a delicate but alluring finish."

"This is a wine of character. Copper yellow in color with fruity aromas of green apple and pear. In the mouth it is very juicy and fresh, with a long finish."
