"White asparagus, lime and gooseberry on the nose, followed by a zingy, fresh and crisp palate with a bright beam of acidity that cuts it through. Dry, mouthwatering and delicious, with limey citrus in the finish." 

Winemaker Notes: 

"Light lemon yellow color.  The nose is soft with subtle aromas of lime and cantaloupe with a whiff of minerality.  On the palate, there is greengage plum, kiwi, and citrus flavors with vibrant acidity and interesting minerality."
