"A rich and creamy Fleurie with raspberries, strawberries, wafers and cigar box. Medium-bodied with velvety tannins. It has volume and a good texture coating the palate towards the juicy, cherry-like finish. Drink now."

"Fleurie is widely considered the most delicate of the crus, covering an area of 855 contiguous hectares (about three square miles). The soil here is unique, almost entirely made up of pink granite. Maison Passot farms 50 year old vines in the Grand pré area of the Cru on east facing slopes."
