Aged just over 9 years in Warehouse M, Floor 5, Rick 25. This is our first ever Knob Creek Bourbon pick. Selected in the fall of 2023, on another epic barrel picking trip to Kentucky. The pick took place at the incredible Jim Beam Distillery and pitted several barrels ranging from 8 - 10 years against one another. We hope you enjoy our selection!
Nose: Mineral, charred oak, with hints of cherry. Takes you straight to the rickhouse.
Taste: Good mouthfeel. Warm and rich. Nice balance of oak and vanilla.
Alcohol: 60%
