Winemaker Notes: 

"It is certified organic (bio) and comes from a mix of soils, dominated by Loess over chalk and granite. The grapes are handpicked from his estate vineyards in the rolling hills of the Weinviertal. This is a serious and delicious wine disguised as a picnic wine, full of mineral spice and complexity. Vinification occurs in steel tanks using his own native yeast culture that he has spent years developing. Notes of fava and fresh green bean and lovely texture."
