"Subdued aromas of lime peel, cut grass, pear blossom and a hint of serrano show on the nose of this bottling. There’s a sticky texture to the palate, where that chile note lingers behind citrus and grass flavors."

"The 2022 Sauvignon Blanc features aromas of guava, lime zest, and fresh cut grass. Flavors of grapefruit and sweet herbs are lively and refreshing. The small touch of oak accents the bright acidity by adding elegant texture."
