Winemaker Notes: 

"Unlike Pinot Blanc, Pinot Auxerrois offers more fruity aromas with less acidity.  Its color is distinguished by a yellow color with a beautiful clarity.  The nose opens with notes of white fruit, slightly toasted.  On the palate, the attack is fresh and reveals floral notes.
The finish is well balanced with smoky notes."
