"An elegant introduction to the gewurztraminer wines of Alsace, thanks to its more restrained aromas. Stacks of yellow fruit with quite a bit of spice, plus touches of ginger and smoked bacon. However, it doesn't scream lychees or yellow roses. Plenty of zesty orange freshness lifts the finish. From organically grown grapes."

"Fennel and pear make for an exciting epicurean nose. Sweet pear and lychee preside on the palate, made sprightly by lemon drop acidity. The finish lingers in those sweeter tones but never feels cloying. When it comes to pairing, this wine could swing sweet or savory, and it would really be something special alongside any dish with orchard fruits like pears or apples."
