Distiller Notes: 

"We took the same vintage blending philosophy that we used to create Small Batch, except this time the goal was to create high proof bourbon that tasted its best neat. Uncut is so rich and sweet with an unbelievably thick mouth feel, the heat and rye spice finish are a welcome addition. It's like milk with cookies!"

Tasting Notes: 

Nose: "The aroma is powerful and balanced with apples and apricots over a river of baking spices and caramel." 

Palate: "The palate opens with a rich and thick mouth-feel that’s sweet at first, opening up to white pepper, caramel apples, roasted almond and pecans, vanilla, and baking spices all around." 

Finish: "The finish is long, warm, and smooth with a chili pop."
