"Pale color, lean and tight after the bottling, perhaps even a touch of sulphur. Masterful energy on the palate with a real zip at the finish. Lime sherbet notes along with a base of more classical white fruit. Give this 18 months and then drink with gusto. Good length, faint sucrosity to finish. Tasted: October 2021."
