"These Cabernet Sauvignon vines are set in a stony volcanic slope, resulting in classic varietal character.  However, the winemaking is firmly set in the present as it provides modern thinking to an ancient process.  Full, rich and elegant, this wine has an impeccable balance of dark fruits and wood.  Each step was meticulous in its management to produce a wine that is great both now and over the next 20 years.  Try to keep it that long, but once you have tasted it, the temptation to continue will be strong."
