"Merlot grown in the Alexander Valley is full of soft red fruits.  This wine is no exception.  Ripe cherry and plum flavors are delicately matched to toasty oak.  The tannins are rich and refined.  Shows more body than typically seen due to the uniqueness of the site.  Eat with chicken, pork or pasta and you will not be disappointed!"
