"The 2020 Moulin-à-Vent Vieilles Vignes de 1903 comes from vines located in the lieu-dit of Les Michelons, and after semi-carbonic maceration it sees 10 months in wooden casks. It has a Pinot-like bouquet of red currant and wild strawberry fruit, showing just a little volatility, though at a discreet level. The palate is medium-bodied and well defined, with fleshy ripe red fruit, fine acidity and a tensile, persistent finish. This is a fine Moulin-à-Vent courtesy of those centurions."
