"The 2020 Riesling Ürziger Würzgarten Kabinett (Golden Capsule) is fascinatingly pure, refined and flinty on the deep, complex and concentrated nose that shows crushed flint stone and lemon aromas. Enormously saline and highly refined on the palate, this is a stellar Kabinett with very fine phenolics and crystalline grip from the unique Würzgarten terroir. What an amazing, seamless and perfectly balanced Kabinett that, according to its must weight, could obviously have been a highly digestible Auslese from a grand cru terroir as well. 7.5% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine in July 2022."

"Striking nose of lemon sherbet, cranberry and dried strawberry. Still a bit shy on the palate, but the balance is excellent, the lively acidity already beautifully integrated. Plenty of minerality at the long, delicately spicy finish. Drink or hold."

"A sumptuous and delicious nose made of whipped cream, yellow peach, cassis, raspberry, candied mango and spices leads to an Auslese styled wine with juicy cream and ample juicy fruits on the palate. The wine is animating, smooth and delicate in the very long and juicy finish.
