"Sake is usually stored (matured) in a tank. This Ginjo sake is stored in a bottle and pasteurized only once to keep the delicate aroma and flavor longer than usual. Serve chilled or warm. Light, smooth and rich type. Round aroma of steamed rice and chestnuts harmonized with fruity aroma of banana and melon. Medium dry sake with mild and soft texture and savory finish. Enjoy with yellowtail fish teriyaki, mackerel cooked with miso, tempura with salt, Sukiyaki, scallops & shrimp and other heavier preparations of richer protein."
