"Since 1923, VEDRENNE has been meticulously selecting fruits, plants, and spices based on enduring relationships with local farmers to produce high-quality liqueurs. Their range of liqueurs offers an opportunity for bartenders to fully explore their expertise and creativity. One of their offerings, the VEDRENNE Ginger Liqueur, is crafted from their own ginger alcoholate. The dried ginger undergoes distillation in their steam-heated Charentais still at a low temperature, ensuring the preservation of the ginger’s intensity. 

Clear straw yellow color.  The nose is lively and fruity with spicy notes.  Warm and very expressive, pleasant spicy heat, long finish with lemony notes."
