Distiller Notes: 

"The Syndicate 58/6 Selected Reserve Cask Release - The New Blue Label was exclusively created for Mahesh Patel, by world renowned master blender Richard Paterson. The Blue Label is based on the original blend recipe dating back to the 1800's, but significantly enhanced by further adding many aged single Speyside and Highland malts. This whisky still contains small quantities of the original 1958 blend and is finally married and matured in 4 year old "first-fill" oloroso sherry casks which serve to give the liquid it's exceptionally smooth and distinctive taste."

Tasting Notes: 

Nose: "Hints of peach syrup caramelized tangerines and cinnamon essence. A dusting of cocoa over orchestrated layers of dried raisins, ripe bananas and vanilla pod invites the senses."

Palate: "A tantalizing tapestry of spice orange, marzipan and Manuka honey dipped ginger brioche."

Finish: "Individual notes of the finest aged single malt and grain whiskies linger and glow in the aftertaste – a panoply of exceptional pleasure"
