"Takashimizu brewery is located in the heart of Akita prefecture, where three rivers gather, a place known as being the source of the purest water since the time of the Samurai. pure dusk is the Junmai Daiginjo selection of the Pure Series. It is the highest quality designation for sake. It must be made from rice with at least 50% of the rice polished away and using only rice, water, koji and yeast in the brewing process. 

Aromas of bright pear and hints of green apple, with an underlying minerality.  Delicate structure, with hints of fresh orange peel and cantaloupe.  Medium length, finishes dry."
