We got a hold of something special, a 15 Year barrel of Redwood Empire’s Haystack Needle! This is the oldest juice we have ever offered in our single barrel program. And as I’ve said before, “Older is not always better…” but in this case… it is phenomenal! Weighing in at 111.2 proof with a mash bill of 75% Corn, 21% Rye, 4% Malted Barley, this bourbon is drinking so well. Amongst the most exciting single barrels we have ever offered! It will go fast!!
