Distiller Notes: 
"Powers John Lane is consistently described as one of the best Irish Whiskeys created. It typifies Irish Whiskey in a truly classic way. It is a celebration of the original "Pot Still Whiskey" that was produced at John's Lane Distillery. Tripple-distilled in copper pot stills, Powers John Lane is then matured a minimum of 12 years in second-fill and third-fill American oak casks, while a small portion (6%) of distillate is aged for a year in Oloroso Sherry butts."

Tasting Notes: 
Nose: "An abundance of earthy aromas, leather, tobacco with layers of charred wood, dark chocolate and treacle toffee.."
Palate: "Full bodied spice front followed by vanilla, honey and dried apricot."
Finish: "Lingering honey sweetness on toasted oak."
Alcohol: 46%
