Matured in American oak and bottled at 55%, it displays superbly balanced flavors of smoke and sweetness, with the higher strength giving it extraordinary depth." 

Tasting Notes: 

"Effervescing notes of smoke, and sharp apple on the nose. The palate has a depth of complexity, with notes of peat smoke, cloves, cinnamon, licorice root, and cocoa. The finish is long, with warming spice and a helping of brine."
