Time for another Bottle Barn Barrel Select! This time we got to choose from some incredible and unique  barrels from Nashville Barrel Company and landed upon an 8 year Kentucky straight bourbon. Clocking in at 114.28 this is a classic old-school bourbon. Although they won’t reveal where this barrel was sourced, I am pretty sure it’s something even your old grandad would be proud of. Nose: leather, cigar box, baked apples, dusty oak, slight nuttiness

Taste: warm, spicy oak, tobacco, apple pie, long finish

Alcohol: 57.14%/114.28 Proof
