"This is a delightfully zesty, voluptuous, nama (raw/unpasteurized) genshu (no additional water added at bottling) with powerfully fruity aromas, a bold, round, mostly dry texture, and a lip-smacking finish. As fun and fruit-forward as a young Bourgueil Cabernet Franc, and as lip-smacking as a ripe Touraine Sauvignon Blanc."
