"Coming from the villages of Vindey, Montgueux, and Mesnil-sur-Oger, the 2020 Champagne Blanc De Blancs Millesime Les 3 Terroirs Extra Brut has a bright pale yellow hue and opens with a powdery perfume of fresh mint, pear, tarragon, and lime pith. Elegant and medium-bodied, it glides on the palate with approachable ease, featuring a pillowing mousse and notes of bread dough and powdery chalk on the finish. It's attractive and accessible now, making it a charming Blanc de Blancs to enjoy immediately or over the next 7-8 years. It was disgorged in August 2024, with 4 grams per liter dosage. Drink 2025-2035."

"The 2020 Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Les 3 Terroirs was harvested in Montgueux, Mesnil-sur-Oger and Vindey. The base wines did not go through malolactic conversion. A very shy nose leads to a super-slender palate with wonderfully fine mousse and brisk tension, a most welcome quality considering the hot 2020 vintage. This is a wonderful wine, offering all the elegance and fine-boned self-evidence we have come to expect from Gonet. The finish is gratifyingly lip-smacking. Dosage is 4 grams per liter. Disgorged: January 2025."
