"A blend of 50% Chardonnay (based on the 2021 vintage, from vines planted in the commune of Mareuil-sur-A~) and 44% Pinot Noir (from the same village and comprising a blend of the 2019 and 2020 vintages), the NV Extra-Brut Premier Cru Rose, displays aromas of rose, peony, strawberries and citrus. Moderately weighted and bright, it has a tense, delicate mid-palate, a pinpoint mousse and a long, precise and delicate finish. This blend contains 6% red wine vinified in barrels and was disgorged with a dosage of 5.5 grams per liter."

"The NV Brut Rose, is a very pretty, effusive Champagne. Light in color but with gorgeous depth, the Ros, is a charmer. Cranberry, white pepper, mint, crushed rocks and slate give this its dynamic upper register. The blend is 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir from Mareuil-Sur-A~, but the Pinot is quite strong in this release. Dosage is 3.5 grams per liter. Disgorged: June 15, 2021."

"Pale pink salmon-colored, the NV Champagne 1er Cru Brut Rosé is equal parts Pinot Noir and Chardonnay and has 6% vin rouge in the blend. It reveals notes of fresh strawberries, peaches, fresh pastry dough, and a fluffy mousse. Crisp, refreshing, and approachable, I love where this highly charming wine is now, so enjoy it over the next few years."

"Possibly the dreamiest and most pleasing Grower Rosé Champagne on the market. Hébrart Rosé is a blend of 60% Chardonnay with 40% Pinot Noir, all from the premier cru village of Mareuil-sur-Aÿ. Juicy and bright but still delicate and chalky, each glass is bursting with flavors of ripe strawberry and raspberry, orange peel, and almond. This is truly a Champagne for everyone, neither expert nor novice can help but smile with every sip."
