"A blood orange-colored Champagne with aromas of strawberries, dried cherries, pomelo zest and some walnut. Bright and fresh with fine bubbles, crisp acidity and a tight finish. Dry feel. Drink now."

"The NV Champagne Brut Rosé has roughly 8 grams per liter dosage and was disgorged in January 2022. The nose is ripe and fragrant with wild strawberry, crushed flowers, and herbes de Provence. It is juicy and approachable on the palate, with a rounded mousse and generous orchard fruits. It is easy-drinking and quaffable now or over the next 8-10 years."

"This wine embodies finesse and elegance with abundant, fresh red fruits, which are seamlessly integrated due to the unique addition of still rosé versus still red wine for color. Les Riceys red wines gives structure to the wine while Chardonnays from Chouilly and Vitry impart incomparable freshness."
