"Founded in high-mountain Nagano Prefecture in 1858, Kurosawa specializes in the traditional ‘kimoto’ method of sake production that produces bold, rich flavors and a beautiful sharp acidity. Earthy and nutty with terrific sharp acidity. A dynamic food sake, pairs with a range of cuisine, particularly heartier fare. Serve chilled, room-temp, or warm."
