Distiller Notes: 
"Our 10 Year Old Sherry Cask Finish is a combination of a minimum 10 year old Single Grain and Single Malt whiskey from a select number of casks within our distillery inventory. Finished for a minimum of 1 year in the finest old Oloroso Sherry casks to add complexity on both the nose and palate."

Tasting Notes: 
Nose: Quite delicate and Refined, Floral and citrus notes with hints cinnamon and oak. 
Palate: Light and delicate upfront with a very approachable blend of Vanilla and oak.
Finish: A mild pepper finish 
Alcohol: 40%
