Distiller Notes: 

"Single grain distillates are experiencing a renewed appreciation on the world whisk(e)y stage, and this expression perfectly displays why. An already exceptional distillate produced at a single distillery in County Cork has been finished in extra sweet Madeira casks by industry legend Noel Sweeney, one of the most awarded distillers/blenders in the global whiskey community. 

Aromas of breakfast porridge with butter, lemon curd, and heather progress to a palate of Madeira-soaked tea cakes with royal icing. Toasted barley, clover honey, and Himalayan Sea salt gently frame a finish of lingering, pleasant tannin." 

Aroma: "Cinnamon, Baking Space and Buttered toast – with hints of Dried Apricots, Dried Rose petals, Chamomile Tea and Golden Raisins." 

Palate: "Medium bodied and creamy, salted caramel, hints of butterscotch and shortbread cookies – overall very delicate and nuanced." 

Alcohol: 50%
