The blossoming carries a great deal of meaning for the Japanese people, who see it as symbolizing life's joy and beauty, but also of its transience." 

Distiller Notes: 

Hibiki Blossom Harmony is a special Hibiki to accompany times of celebration.  A rare selection of whiskies finished in sakura wood casks have been specially blended with diverse malt and grain whiskies, well matured over many seasons, to create this unique Hibiki.  Savor the aroma redolent of flowers, the mellow, harmonious flavor, and the long-lasting richly sweet aftertaste." 

Nose: "Wafting floral scents, sakura, fragrant olive." 

Taste: "Smooth mouthfeel, expanding fragrance, acacia honey, French pear, and a refined sweetness suggestive of sakura mochi." 

Finish: "A long-lasting rich and brilliant aftertaste."
