"The 2019 Cabernet Franc Coquelicot is bright, punchy and effusive. Readers will find an aromatic, light to medium-bodied Cabernet Franc. Rose petal, mint, sage, mocha and a burst of red berry fruit punctuate this vibrant, refreshing Franc from Jeff Fisher and Habit. A backbone of tannin makes the Franc a fabulous wine for the dinner table."

"Aged in a large Puncheon on the lees until bottling. This wine is a stunner! Bright fruit, earth and spice. Certified CCOF Organic. 100% whole cluster fermentation, native yeast, fermented in a tall steel open top fermenter, foot stomped, free run gravity fed daily, then gravity fed back over the top for a very long slow fermentation over three weeks."
