How to Redeem:
To redeem a gift card you have received or sent to a friend, when you proceed to checkout please enter the 16 digit gift card code in the box titled "Gift card or discount code" and hit Apply. This box is located below the summary of items in your order when you have proceeded to input shipping and billing information. After hitting Apply you should see your order total adjusted.
Additional Information:
While eGift cards may also be redeemed in store, physical gift cards purchased in store must be converted to an eGift card to be redeemed online. To have your gift card converted, email support@bottlebarn.com.
