Distiller Notes: 

"Our handcrafted blended whisky comes from 3 distilleries around Kyoto, on Honshu island. FUYU is a powerful and generous blend, true expression of the Japanese cellar masters’ blending knowhow. 80% grain (corn) 20% malt and aged in American white oak barrels." 

Tasting Notes: 

Nose: "Floral and youthful aromas with caramel and spicy notes." 

Palate: "Generous oak and cooked fruit." 

Finish: "Hint of smokiness." 

Alcohol: 40%
