"This Japanese whisky is a blend of malt and grain whiskies in equal proportions. Fuyu Mizunara is matured in American oak casks for approximately 3 years before being finished in Japanese Mizunara oak casks for 6 months. These prized barrels are famous for retaining more moisture, resulting in a taste profile that is unique to Japanese whisky." 

Tasting Notes: 

"You can expect an elegant and gently sweet nose with honey, caramel, and apricot aromas. The palate is balanced and well-rounded with orchard fruit notes, culminating in a delicate finish with caramel and fruit jam"
