"Hand-selected by Richard Seale himself, Foursquare’s Exceptional Cask Series represents the most unique and coveted rum from this celebrated distillery. Deceptively easy to drink despite its robust proof, Convocation is a blend of two fourteen-year-old rums—one fully matured in ex–bourbon barrels and the other in ex–Madeira casks—brimming with cocoa, tobacco, and caramel and punctuated by bursts of citrus and fresh berries. Finishes long and elegant with a rich and full mouthfeel." 

Aroma: "Core notes o fFoursquare Rum -vanilla, toasted coconut, fresh berries, but quickly evolves into rich pipe tobacco, bergamot, and subtle nutty and oxidative characteristics." 

Taste: "Rich, complex, and robust.  Caramelized Grapefruit Peel, Roasted Macadamia nuts, blackberry cobbler, and pineapple undertones give way to a rich and chewy mouthfeel-reminiscent of taffy, and salted caramel.  The caramel in particular is rich and deep, leaning into toffee sweetness."
