"Born of hearty grain and patience. The generous rye content is married with the sweetness of corn for a genteel interpretation of the venerable spirit. patiently aged in air-dried oak barrels, its spicy character transcends mere resurgence. behold – the renaissance of rye."
Nose: "The prevalent Rye succeeded by complexion of Vanilla, Brown Sugar, Cinnamon and Wood. Some hints of Butterscotch, Citrus Zest and Pepper are also present."
Palate: "A kickin’ and vivid flavor that starts with buttery Rye, Raw grains, Fruits and some Honey. In between some Citrus, Baking Spices and a bit of Wood is also felt."
Finish: "Long and slow pepper finish."
