"Botanica Spiritvs Gin is an award winning, vapor-infused gin where flavors and aromas are gently extracted from the botanicals. Using a non-GMO grain spirit, six times distilled and carbon filtered, each batch is blended and allowed to age for a period of three weeks. The botanicals are distilled in season at the peak of flavor. This gin is brought to bottling strength with purified Sierra Nevada Mountain water, infused with frozen macerated cucumbers. Falcon Spirits Distillery's Botanica Spiritvs Gin is saturated with flavor and aromas of 13 botanicals that work in perfect harmony. Beginning with aromas of citrus, bergamot, and cardamom, the floral notes of juniper, cilantro, and angelica follow with a smooth, peppery finish. This is a sipping gin, yet it comes full force in any craft cocktail."
