"Esule Vermouth di Torino was born from the collaboration between the owners of the group of venues including Jigger Spiriti&Cucina of Reggio Emilia, and Alessandro Medici, representing the fifth generation of our winery.
The botanicals are infused in Italian alcohol for a period of 3 weeks, before resting with wine and sugar, and then bottled. 16% ABV.
BOTANICALS: Wormwood, Gentian, Mace, Thyme, Marjoram, Dittany, Black Pepper, Nettle, Mint, Sage, Lavender, Ginger, Laurel, Licorice, Cinnamon, Bitter Orange peel, Lemon peel."
